fix(shared-filter): add mapFilterInputToRecord util and refactor query mapping Introduce mapFilterInputToRecord utility for consistent mapping of filter inputs to query parameter records. Refactor FilterService.query to use this utility for both filter and input groups, ensuring DRY code and improved maintainability. Add unit tests for the new mapping function and update the mappings index export. Ref: #5105, #5106, #5143

Development server
Run ng serve --ssl for a dev server. Navigate to https://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
Code scaffolding
